User permissions

User Permissions toggles for Approve, Void, and Export

Settings → User Permissions is a matrix: each staff member × each client.

Columns:

  • Approve Transactions — needed to approve (and, for journals, to final-post)
  • Void Transactions
  • Export Data — CSV / PDF from Reporting

The Business Manager / super user bypasses this matrix. Role still controls invoice Pay / Release even when permissions are granted — see Roles.
