Client Account Access Settings

Services Access is on the Business Manager rail. The screen is meant to control which payment-style services a client may use (ACH, BillPay, Wire, Stop Pay, and similar).

Treat it as a preview of firm policy, not a live payment rail. Turning a toggle on does not let EventLedger send money. See How money moves.
